Plan a comfortable stay before you book.
Each pet's needs are different. Your vet will recommend assessment and treatment based on their individual circumstances.
Where boarding takes place
The cat boarding rooms are upstairs at Broadway Vet, 3B/80 Broadway, Newmarket. The Catfé Māo team also helps with daily care.
Checking dates and room options
Availability, admission rules, accommodation options and current fees must be confirmed directly with the cat-boarding team before booking.
Vaccination and parasite prevention
Ask what vaccination records and flea/parasite control documents are required before admission. Requirements may change.
Medical or behavioural needs
Disclose chronic illness, daily medications, anxiety, diet requirements or previous boarding difficulties before acceptance. Ordinary boarding is not continuous veterinary monitoring.
Drop-off and transport
Ask about check-in arrangements and whether pre-booked transport is available. Pick-up and drop-off are not automatically included in the boarding fee.
