Broadway Vet is introducing our Pet Pick-up & Drop-off Service 🐶🐱. We can collect your pet from home at an arranged time and bring them to Broadway Vet for their pre-booked routine service. You don’t need to travel with them — once everything is finished, you can either collect your pet from the clinic or book a return trip home. 🏡

🚙 How does it work?
- Book ahead — Send us your address, your pet’s details, the service required and your preferred pick-up time.
- Home pick-up — We’ll meet you in person, confirm your pet’s identity, booking and any important instructions, then bring them safely to Broadway Vet.
- In-clinic service — Your pet completes their pre-booked vaccination, routine health check, nursing care, grooming or boarding service.
- Completion update — We’ll contact you once everything is finished. If our team notices anything during the appointment that may need further attention, we’ll let you know and recommend the appropriate next step. 📲
- Return or collection — You can collect your pet from Broadway Vet, or arrange for us to bring them home. 🚗🏡
💰 Pick-up & drop-off from $25 one way
Pricing depends on the pick-up area, exact location, travel distance, preferred time and the day’s route.

📍 Newmarket & nearby areas, Central Auckland, East Auckland, West Auckland and the North Shore are all available for enquiry. Simply send us your address for an accurate quote.
🐾 Making the journey more comfortable
🏠 One household per trip — We generally do not transport pets from unrelated households together, helping reduce stress and unnecessary contact.
✨ Cleaned between trips — The pet transport area is appropriately cleaned and disinfected after each booking.
⏰ Flexible scheduling — Multiple pick-up and drop-off times may be available depending on the day’s bookings and route. It doesn’t have to be just early morning or evening.
🤢 If your pet is prone to car sickness, anxiety, or has any special medical, behavioural or medication requirements, please let us know when booking.
⚠️ Please note
Our Pet Pick-up & Drop-off Service is currently intended for pre-booked routine services only. It is not currently available for illness consultations, emergencies or transport of seriously unwell pets.
If your pet has recently developed obvious signs of illness such as vomiting, diarrhoea, breathing changes, significant pain, marked lethargy or any other concerning symptoms, please contact us first so our veterinary team can advise on the most appropriate way for your pet to be seen.
