General & Preventive Care

Consultations & General Vet Care

Consultations for new health concerns, ongoing conditions and routine veterinary needs. We take time to understand what has changed, examine your pet and explain the available next steps.

Puppy & Kitten Care

Early-life health checks, vaccinations, parasite prevention, microchipping, nutrition advice and desexing guidance.

Senior Pet Care

Health assessments for older pets, which may include blood and urine testing, blood-pressure measurement or diagnostic imaging where appropriate.

Parasite Prevention

Individual flea, worm and tick-prevention recommendations based on your pet’s species, weight, lifestyle and medical history.

Vaccinations

Vaccination plans for puppies, kittens and adult pets, based on their age, health history, environment and lifestyle.

Routine Health Checks

Regular examinations to assess your pet’s weight, teeth, skin, heart, joints and overall health, helping identify changes at an earlier stage.

Microchipping

Microchip implantation and registration support to help reunite lost pets with their families.

Nutrition & Weight Management

Practical feeding advice for healthy pets, weight management and pets requiring veterinary therapeutic diets.

Medical Consultations

Assessment and treatment of vomiting, diarrhoea, coughing, changes in appetite, urinary concerns, lethargy and other signs of illness.

In-house Laboratory Testing

On-site blood and urine testing for unwell patients, pre-anaesthetic assessment and routine health screening. Specialised tests can be sent to an external veterinary laboratory when required.

Hospital Treatment

Day hospitalisation may be available for pets requiring intravenous fluids, medication, observation or recovery support during our opening hours.

Patients requiring overnight monitoring, intensive care or specialised emergency treatment may need to be referred.

Ultrasound Imaging

Ultrasound examinations for selected abdominal, urinary, reproductive and other internal conditions, including focused scanning where clinically appropriate.

Skin, Allergy & Ear Care

Investigation and management of itching, hair loss, recurring ear problems, skin infections and suspected environmental or food-related allergies.

Digital X-rays

Digital radiography to investigate concerns involving the chest, abdomen, bones and joints.

Gastroscopy & Endoscopy

Flexible camera examination of the oesophagus and stomach for selected conditions such as persistent vomiting, swallowing difficulties, suspected gastric disease or certain foreign bodies.

Depending on the individual case and available instruments, endoscopy may also assist with sample collection or selected foreign-body procedures.

Medical & Diagnostic Services

Dental Examinations

Assessment of bad breath, dental tartar, loose or fractured teeth, oral pain and other dental concerns.

Dental X-rays

Dental radiographs help identify problems below the gumline that cannot be detected through visual examination alone, including tooth-root disease, bone loss and hidden dental damage.

Dental Cleaning

Ultrasonic scaling and polishing under monitored general anaesthesia to clean above and below the gumline.

Dental Extractions

Surgical and non-surgical tooth extractions may be performed where clinically required. The treatment plan and estimated costs will be discussed based on the examination and dental X-ray findings.

Dentistry

Desexing

Routine desexing for cats and dogs, supported by pre-anaesthetic assessment, anaesthetic monitoring, pain management and post-operative care.

Gastrointestinal & Abdominal Surgery

Assessment and surgical treatment of selected abdominal conditions, including gastrointestinal foreign bodies, gastric or intestinal disease and abdominal masses.

Blood testing, X-rays, ultrasound or endoscopy may be recommended before deciding whether surgery is required.

Orthopaedic Surgery & Fracture Repair

Assessment and surgical management of selected orthopaedic injuries, including bone fractures.

The appropriate surgical plan depends on the location and complexity of the injury, the patient’s size, age and overall health. Follow-up examinations and X-rays may be recommended to monitor healing.

Ultrasonic Energy-assisted Surgery

For suitable procedures, our surgeons may use an ultrasonic surgical energy device to support precise tissue dissection and blood-vessel sealing.

The surgical technique and equipment used are selected according to the individual patient and procedure.

Soft-tissue Surgery

We perform a broad range of routine and more complex soft-tissue procedures. Depending on the individual case, these may include:

  • Wound repair

  • Bladder surgery

  • Abdominal surgery

  • Selected gastrointestinal procedures

  • Hernia repair

  • Other medically necessary soft-tissue operations

Reproductive & Uterine Surgery

In addition to routine desexing, we manage selected ovarian and uterine conditions, including emergency surgery for pyometra where removal of the infected uterus and ovaries may be required.

Mass Removal & Tumour Surgery

Assessment and surgical removal of selected skin, subcutaneous and internal masses.

Where recommended, removed tissue can be submitted for histopathology to identify the type of mass, assess surgical margins and guide further treatment or monitoring.

Anaesthesia & Surgical Monitoring

Depending on the patient and procedure, surgical care may include:

  • Pre-anaesthetic examination and blood testing

  • Intravenous catheter placement and fluid therapy

  • Airway management and inhalational anaesthesia

  • Continuous anaesthetic monitoring

  • Active temperature support

  • Individual pain management

  • Monitored recovery

  • Discharge instructions and follow-up care

Additional Services
Highly recommend Dr Hui! She is very professional and patient, and my dog Mocha is no longer afraid of vet visits. Unlike some vets, she doesn’t rush and takes the time to care properly. Great service and reasonable prices. Will definitely come back!
