Contact and booking
We receive contact details and pet information you choose to provide when enquiring or booking. Bookings use the separate ezyVet portal; this website has no contact form. Please do not disclose sensitive information in public comments.
Hosting and third parties
Render hosts our website and may process routine access and security logs. Google Maps, Google Fonts, social media links and ezyVet have their own services and privacy practices.
Optional analytics
Only after your explicit consent, we use Google Analytics (G-YZJRYNB0BF) and linked Google Ads measurement to count page visits, outbound ezyVet booking clicks, and phone, email and directions clicks, and assess advertising effectiveness. Google may process page URLs, ad-click identifiers, cookies, IP addresses and device information. We do not submit pet medical records through website measurement scripts. A booking click is not a completed appointment. We disable personalised advertising; if you decline, the measurement tag is not loaded on this website.
Your choices and corrections
Change your choice via Analytics settings in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops future optional website measurement, not previously collected data. Contact reception@broadwayvet.co.nz to request access to or correction of personal information.
