Dog bathing & grooming
Discuss the right service for your dog’s size, coat length and condition. Options can include general washing, drying, brushing, trimming and full grooming.
Cat grooming & coat care
Our team can discuss suitable cat grooming, coat maintenance and nail-care options. Safety and handling suitability are assessed before booking.
Coat condition and special needs
Please tell reception about matting, skin irritation, anxiety, previous grooming reactions and any health conditions so the team can plan appropriately.
Grooming labour-rate guide
The current Services page lists NZ$100/hour for small dogs or cats, NZ$120/hour for medium dogs, and NZ$150/hour for large dogs, including GST. These are labour rates, not fixed complete-groom prices.
Sedation and veterinary assessment
Sedation is not included in routine grooming prices. It is only considered after veterinary assessment where clinically appropriate, with separate consent and fees.
Appointments and estimates
Availability, actual fees and any surcharges depend on time, coat condition, behaviour and required services. Ask reception for a current estimate before confirming.
