How to arrange a trip
Tell reception your address, pet's details, booked service and preferred time. We'll confirm suitability, availability and a quote before collection, with return transport arranged separately if needed.
Travel without the owner
Pets travel without their human companions, in suitable secure transport. Please tell us about carrier requirements, travel anxiety, motion sickness or relevant medical history.
Service area and price
Published pricing starts from NZ$25 for a one-way trip. Central, east, west and north Auckland addresses may be considered; the actual quote depends on suburb, distance, timing and routing.
Safety and cleanliness
Our stated approach is generally one household per trip, with appropriate cleaning between trips and clear handover instructions.
Not for emergencies
This service is not an ambulance and isn't suitable for unwell or emergency patients. Phone the veterinary team first if your pet is ill or needs urgent attention.

Can I travel with my pet?
No. The published service is pet-only transport; owners do not ride in the vehicle.
Is return transport included in NZ$25?
